Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was not delivered as agreed.
- Duplicate payment was made.
- Technical issues prevented service delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Services already delivered or completed.
- Customer-provided incorrect information causing service delays.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide:
- Name
- Order/Invoice Number
- Reason for refund request
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 business days through the original payment method.
